At War Games, we stand by the quality of our tactical-inspired fashion; if your gear doesn't meet the mission requirements, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Gear

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and security seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection

Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
